Wherever there is a carpet--or a floor surface made of any
material--accidents will happen. It is important to have a plan to take
care of residential and commercial flooring care, especially for
carpeting.
Since spills happen, as well as regular daily wear that causes carpets to become dirty over time, homeowners and businesses should have a company at the ready to restore their carpet to a clean state. Green Choice Carpet Cleaning helps keep carpeting clean with a focus on being environmentally friendly.
Not only does the company focus on staying true to its green-friendly commitment, but it also wants customers to know they strive to provide excellent customer service and leave them with a beautifully clean rug, carpet surface, upholstery or anything else they need the company to come in to touch up.
The company always sends out their own certified technicians to do the cleaning and never outsources their business to other companies. Customers who feel strongly about using only eco-friendly products will appreciate Green Choice Carpet Cleaning's specially blended cleaning solutions that are gentle to any material that customers need to have cleaned and to the environment. Honey Graham Crunch Smores Bars
Smores are a staple of summer, and childhood, however we don't always go camping. So, we need to get some alternatives to the campfire version.
I recently did a post about Target and how they have everything you need for summer. They gave me 2 recipes to try out, so I thought I would share with you! Here is the Smores one (which was amazingly tasty and I ate way too much of):
Honey Graham Crunch Smores Bars
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. Butter
3 cups miniature marshmallows
4 Cups Honey Graham Crunch cereal
1 1/2 miniature marshmallows
1 11.5 oz bag of milk chocolate chips
Using a 8 or 9 inch square pan.
Spray with cooking spray.
Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
Add 3 cups of marshmallows.
Cook this mixture, until the marshmallows are melted and smooth.
Remove from the heat.
Add the cereal.
Mix until well coated.
Use a piece of waxed paper.
Press mixture into the sprayed dish.
Sprinkle remaining marshmallows over pressed mixture.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 min on HIGH.
Take out and stir.
Then keep heating for 10 seconds, and stirring, until all chocolate is melted.
Pour melted chocolate over marshmallows.
Let set before cutting.
Eat it! You can share if you want. But I only recommend that if you get caught eating it!

Mission: Make a Pillow Dress
Despite the fact that I am the mother of 3 boys, I am attracted to cute little girly dresses, and bows! That is about the only thing I miss about not having a girl. I was given a supply of brand new pillow cases with an embroidered logo on them and have been trying to find some fun things to do with them.
I came across pillow dresses before, and thought this might be the perfect solution! So off I went to search for some tutorials! There are a ton out there, but here are some ones I love.:
A Room Somewhere - What I like about this one is, she has the tutorial, and then has options you can try to personalize it, and make each dress a little different!

Freshly Picked - What I love about this one is that she has a lot of pics! Every step has a couple of pictures of the details. I am a very visual learner so sometimes I have a hard time following online tutorials, but this one has a lot of pictures to show what she is talking about. Be sure to check out her tutorials page for some other great tutorials that she has!

Simply Modern Mom - I love this one because it is different then the rest. This one is a Retro Ruffle Dress which means it has cap sleeves vs just the bows for ties. She also uses a lot of pictures for each step, which is always a hit in my books! Also she does a ruffle down the front which is different from other ones I seen and can be used in many different projects once you know how to do it! She also has a Tutorial Page, and Recipes Page.
Enjoy!! If you have a pillow dress tutorial please share, I would love to check yours out. Also if you have any projects you would like me to hunt down tutorials on, let me know! I will do all the leg work :)
