One Dish Chicken and Rice Bake
When I first had my oldest son, I was struggling to feel up to eating anything. I was severely dehydrated, and just felt sick all the time. Our friend that is a labour and delivery nurse, brought us a dinner, and the main dish was this recipe. It was tasty, but not overwhelming flavour, and quite healthy and really sustained me when I needed it.
It was a recipe that I ended up getting, and make it from time to time. It is quite good. It is a simple, and easy dinner.
Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/3 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked white rice
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions:
Mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper in shallow baking dish.
Top with Chicken.
Season with additional paprika and pepper.
Cover.
Top with Chicken.
Season with additional paprika and pepper.
Cover.
Bake at 375F for 45 or until done

I make something like that often, only with boneless pork chops.
