Macaroni With Cheese and Tomatoes
This is my Mom-in-Law's recipe, and apparently a traditional casserole on the East Coast of Canada. Any Eastener I have ever talked to about this, says they have eaten, and almost all love it.

Ingredients
2 Tbs Olive Oil
2/3 Package of Cheese
1 Can of Whole Tomatoes
Salt
2 cups Macaroni
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350.
Boil water with a dash of salt, and oil.
Add Macaroni.
Cook to el dante.
Drain, and set aside.
Put all ingredients into casserole, an mix together.
Place into oven.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove lid, and bake for another minutes.
Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
