I don't have a set goal, but I am a daily reader, so I usually read a book a week or less. Will be glad I have something to do during the late night feedings with the new baby.
I haven't joined any book challenges - and haven't really set a goal for myself. As of now though, I have read 6 books. It would be higher, but I haven't made it out to Chapters to pick up my next stock yet
I haven't but I think it is a wonderful idea. I love to read. I am on good reads too. I haven't been there in a while. Thanks for sharing. I will have to check this out for sure! Rita Spratlen rjspratlen@gmail.com
What an awesome idea............I use to read alot but lately just can't concentrate with all the stressors in my life. Going to get a few girls in the complex together and start a readers club. Thanks again.
I haven't joined any book challenges yet but I think it's a good idea simply because I am an avid reader. However I do live just a couple of doors down from our local library so I am a frequent visitor there on a weekly basis. Thanks for this nice review.
I haven't heard of this challenge yet. I'd just love to have the time to read half that amount a year. I've done decent so far. I've probably read 6-7 books so far this year, including The Hunger Games series, which I loved (the movie not so much, lol). : )
Oh, boy - half way through the year and I've already read 20 books! I don't want to set a goal, but it is interesting to see how many I have read - I'm impressed with myself (although I do spend a lot of time on planes, and I go to bed early so I can read for at least an hour every night).
My reading goal is 12 books in 2013 - one a month. If I can read that many in good time I'll add more. Already finished 2. Started #3 last night!
ReplyDeleteYou gals ROCK!!! My attention span just isn't what it used to be. I rarely even read a magazine these days.
